OGUN CP LANRE OGUNLOWO JOINED GOV. DAPO ABIODUN AND OTHER TOP SECURITY COMMANDERS TO CELEBRATE 2026 ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY

The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Lanre Ogunlowo, Ph.D, joined the Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, ably represented by the Deputy Governor, Engr. (Mrs.) Noimot Salako-Oyedele, at the 2026 Armed Forces Remembrance Day Ceremony held at the Arcade Ground, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State, to honour Nigeria’s fallen heroes who paid the supreme sacrifice. 
Their presence, alongside senior government officials, heads of security agencies, traditional rulers, and representatives of the Nigerian Legion, was highly noted. 
Highlights of the event included wreath-laying, prayers for the departed, and the ceremonial release of pigeons.
