HON.KAREEM AZEEZ ABIODUN, EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OTO AWORI LCDA ENGAGES STAKEHOLDERS, PRESENTS HIS SCORECARD FOR HIS 100 DAYS IN OFFICE.
The Executive Chairman of Oto-Awori Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Kareem Azeez Aboidun, has held a town hall meeting with the stakeholders of the LCDA.
The event which was held at the Councils Secretariat Multi-purpose hall had the presence of Top Mornachs, Political Leaders from the length and breadth of the LCDA, Religious Leaders, Students and Pupils from different schools, Traditional Chiefs, Baales, Parents, Guardians, Residents,e.t.c.
The focus of the gathering was the commemorations of the 100 days in office of the Chairman Hon.kareem Azeez Abiodun, where he laid bare his score card for the scrutiny of everybody, inauguration of the Environmental Marshalls to restore sanity and discipline to the LCDA, enforce sanitation law's, enhance cleanliness and ensure healthier living conditions, official unveiling of the One day chairman and vice chairman who were privileged to preside over the councils affairs for the day,Presentation of Educational Materials to different schools and pupils across the LCDA, Empowerment of widows and the aged with raw foodstuffs and cash gifts and also the showcasing of the infrastructural projects in support of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR).
Speaking during a press interaction, Hon. Kareem Azeez Aboidun outlined his administration’s key achievements, reaffirming his pledge to transparency, inclusive governance and sustained development.

He noted that the first 100 days represent only the beginning of broader plans for the LCDA.
Some of the projects undertaking and completed within the 100 days includes the installation of Solar Street lights along major and inner roads to enhance security majorly at night, Rehabilitation and Construction of roads in all the wards of the LCDA to ease movement, Provision of Security patrol vans to the police divisions, renovation of the Town Hall at Adaloko to provide an ultra modern venue for civic and cultural activities,Re-roofing and Renovation of the Administrative Building at the Councils Secretariat, Renovation of the Conference Room, Chairman's office and the Secretariat Gate.
The chairman Hon.kareem Azeez Abiodun assured the residents and the stakeholders that this is just a tip of the iceberg and that several other grassroots development initiatives are still coming.
Everyone present commended the chairman’s performance and also nicknaming him as the Talk and Do chairman, some named him as "Mr project "affirming that his 100 days as been impactful, people-oriented and progressively minded.

They believed that by the time he spends more years on the seat of the chairman, his administration will deliver further dividends of democracy to the populace.
